TinyChatCam is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or older where your local law sets a higher bar — to use this service, and by starting a match you confirm that you qualify. We do not knowingly serve minors, and any account we reasonably believe involves someone under 18 is terminated immediately.
TinyChatCam provides browser-based random video matching: private rooms that pair two people at random, with video, voice and text running side by side, plus skip, block and report controls on screen at all times. First matches cost nothing, and optional coins carry a good conversation further. Features may be added, adjusted or retired as the product grows; these terms hold whatever shape the service takes.

Coins are virtual items inside TinyChatCam, not currency. They hold no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred between users or spent anywhere outside the service. Coins are sold in clearly priced bundles as one-time purchases — TinyChatCam has no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically, so no charge can ever surprise you later.
Prices are shown before every purchase, and buying confirms the payment method is yours to use. All sales are final and non-refundable, apart from rights the law grants that we cannot exclude. Coins left unspent are forfeited when an account is deleted. A failed payment or a technical error that credits you wrongly gets fixed by [email protected].
TinyChatCam is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard on fast matching and uptime, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and the strangers you meet are not pre-screened by anyone. Your conversations remain your own responsibility — keep skip, block and report within reach. To the extent the law allows, indirect damages arising from your use of the service are not our liability.
We may suspend or permanently close access for breaches of these terms, with or without warning as the severity demands. You can walk away whenever you like — there is no subscription to cancel — and registered users can delete their account in settings at any time.
Updates are posted on this page with a new date at the top. Keep using TinyChatCam after an update and you accept the new version. Anything unclear in a clause can go to [email protected]. The privacy policy explains the data side in the same plain language.
