This policy explains what tinychatcam.com gathers, what it deliberately leaves alone, and the control you keep. Plain English first, fine print second.

TinyChatCam runs on the minimum data a live video matching service can function with. Your calls are not recorded, your personal details are not sold to anyone, and one email to [email protected] is enough to have your data erased.
Four groups, nothing beyond them:
We do not ask for your real name, home address or phone number, and we do not want them. We never read your contact list, never request precise GPS location, and never access the photos or files stored on your device. Most importantly: the audio and video of your calls are not recorded, stored or reviewed by us, ever.
Calls travel over WebRTC, which connects the two browsers in a room directly, peer to peer. The stream moves between you and the person you matched with rather than through a recording server on our side.
One honest clarification: the product keeps a history list of your recent calls so you can find a match again. That entry notes that a session happened — it is never a copy of anything said or shown. Deleting your account removes that history along with everything else.
You can use TinyChatCam as a guest with no account at all. Registered users can delete their account from settings, or by emailing [email protected] from the account address. Deletion is final: profile, call history and any remaining coins are removed for good. A narrow band of security logging is kept briefly for abuse prevention and legal reasons, then discarded.
When this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a fresh date at the top, and significant changes are announced on the site itself. Questions about anything here go to [email protected] — a person reads every message. Our terms of service cover the rules of using the service.
